Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platforms, and related services provided by AccrePro Technologies ("AccrePro," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AccrePro provides software and related services for accreditation management, quality improvement, learning management, and associated consulting or training offerings. Features and availability may vary by product, subscription, or agreement.

Certain services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access presents a security or legal risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the services ("Customer Content"). You grant AccrePro a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide and improve the services and as otherwise agreed in a written contract.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Customer Content and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

The AccrePro name, logos, software, documentation, and website content are owned by AccrePro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no license or ownership interest is transferred.

Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms set out in your order form, proposal, or subscription agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party agrees to protect such information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccrePro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AccrePro for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccrePro from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as otherwise provided in a separate agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless a signed commercial agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
